Samuel is an absolutely wonderful agent. I had been searching for a place for about 3 months and every agent I had been with just wasn't working out, until I met Sam. We weren't able to go with the first apartment, but, by luck we found an amazing place literally right behind the first place. Everything went so well and I was able to get a place I loved, in the area I wanted, at the perfect price point. This was THE best experience. If you need an agent, you should definitely use Sam!

We had quite a few hurdles to jump through to get our apartment (our fault, no Sam's), and where other brokers might've blown us off, Sam fought for us until the end. That was one of the things that set him apart from the others; he genuinely cares about his clients. He was very quick in setting up an appointment for me to see the apartment and was equally as patient as I got my application together, answering all of the questions I had in a very timely manner. Shaina has been a wonderful agent from the word go, from my initial request for information she was courteous and professional, she was able to be flexible with viewing and worked around our work schedules which made things so much easier. All of my interactions with Joseph were, for the lack of a better word, PERFECT! He responded to my first inquiry to a listing with rapid speed. The first place he showed me was suited quite well for my standards. My large dog was a bit much for the landlord so i had to continue my search. Joseph told me he would keep an eye out for something else if it came up, like many agents says, but unlike the rest, Joseph within less than a day lined me up with a new place. It was perfect for me and I am happy to call it my new home!
